About Us
Alameda Yarn Co. is my recent venture. I was formerly
the
owner of Creative Accents in San Leandro, CA.
I have worked for 30+ years to establish a reputation
for highly reliable and personalized service. I'm an avid
knitter/crocheter, instructor, and designer in the San
Francisco
Area.
In addition to establishing my own design company,
Gaela Designs,
I've had the pleasure of working with
Ann Norling and Crystal
Palace Yarn Company.
Booklets of patterns designed for crocheters
have been published byLeisure Arts and I've been
a member of the Bay Area Crochet and Knit Guild
since 1983.
